I spent last week in New York cooking for a family on the Upper West Side. It coincided with my birthday week. I had the time of my life. The last dish I made was Thai Tilapia Cakes that I used to make at my restaurant, Nina’s. These are baked, taste super fresh and are both gluten and dairy free.
